What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will be able to build positive and purposeful relationships with children. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has experience of working in schools. Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
In order to be effective in the role you must be able to work under your own initiative, have excellent communication skills and be both flexible and robust when faced with challenges.
