Crynodeb
We are a fun and welcoming team, we have a small group of band 5s in post who regularly meet for peer support, and training. As well as this, the wider therapy team hold monthly cake days, regular social events and trust driven wellbeing initiatives which will help you to settle into the team quickly and build working relationships. The role is full time 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday 8am-4pm) however we are moving towards a seven day working pattern within contracted hours. The successful candidate will be required to take part in the emergency respiratory on call service providing out of hours care to respiratory patients across the Trust. Competency based training for this will be provided.
