Job Title: Cyclical Maintenance Assistant
Salary: £25,937.60 per annum
Location: On site with base in Stafford
Hours: 40 hours per week, permanent
We currently have a great opportunity for a Cyclical Maintenance Assistant to join our in-house maintenance team, Property Plus.
We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a Cyclical Maintenance Assistant in the Facilities Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for assisting with repairs and housekeeping services and providing assistance to operatives and your team as needed. Your role will involve undertaking collection and delivery of materials, unloading sorting and stack materials and carrying out general labouring duties. This post requires the post-holder to carry out duties of a physical nature other than light lifting, including working at heights.
Skills and experience required:
Basic understanding of simple building work
Ability to work without direct supervision
Ability to prioritise, organise work tasks and be flexible in your approach
Good communication skills
Basic understanding and ability to comply with health and safety regulations
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer care and services
Full UK Driving Licence
