We are seeking a proactive and organised Internal Recruiter to join our client's team in the Vale of Glamorgan, for a 1 month temporary cover. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various internal positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews etc.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.

  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

  • Employer Branding: Promote the organisation as an employer of choice through effective communication and a positive candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in recruitment, preferably in an internal or in-house setting.

  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Eligibility: Right to work in the UK.
