CGS Landscape Ltd are a busy and thriving commercial landscaping company based in Middlesbrough. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and efficient Administration Assistant to work as part of our well-established team.
As an Administration Assistant, your primary duties will be to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities include:
General administrative duties including being first point of contact for customers answering the telephone/emails.
Collate timesheets, daily reports/daywork sheets submit weekly timesheets.
Monitor Holidays/Absences & New Starters.
Maintain Motor Fleet/Fuel Cards.
Provide daily admin support to Managers.
Order Stationery & Maintain Office Equipment.
Placing Turf & Plant orders.
Issuing Purchase Order Numbers, checking invoices and raising queries.
Key skills, experience and/or qualifications required:
Maintain confidentiality.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
Proficient in the use of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £7.44-£12.21 per hour Negotiable Depending Upon Experience
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
