Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a small team of grass cutting operatives
Operate and maintain a range of grounds maintenance machinery including ride-on mowers, strimmers and blowers
Plan daily tasks and allocate work efficiently to meet service schedules
Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety
Liaise with supervisors and report on progress or issues as needed
Provide on-the-job training and support to team members
About You
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is desirable
Confident in using various grass cutting and grounds maintenance equipment
Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
Full uk driving licence - essential (trailer licence a plus)
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
