We are seeking an experienced Multi skilled Engineer to support electrical maintenance at our client' site in Spalding. They offer a collaborative and supportive work environment with excellent opportunities for professional development. This is a Full time Permanent role with core working hours from M-F.
Role & Responsibilities
- You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical equipment, diagnose and repair faults, install and commission new equipment, and ensure all work meets the highest safety standards.
- You will collaborate with other engineering disciplines and maintain accurate records of your work.
- This role offers the chance to work on challenging and rewarding projects.
- Main tasks include Perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems.
- Install and commission new electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines.

Requirements
- Recognised electrical engineering qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, 18th Edition).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in using electrical testing equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Highly motivated and self-sufficient.
- Experience with preventative maintenance.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
