Your new company
Are an air conditioning and ventilation specialistsbased in Oldham, they are looking for a motivated and driven new team member tojoin as an Accounts Assistant. They are looking for someone who is a team player and looking to develop.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliationsusing Sage
- Managing CIS submissions and ensuring compliance
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable
- Supporting the finance team with general bookkeepingand reporting
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors regardingfinancial queries
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
- Previous experience in sales ledger or credit control with ambitious to develop into all round accounts assistant.
- Proficient in Sage
- Proficient in MSOffice, including Excel, Word & Outlook
- Excellent written andverbal communication
