Care Team Supervisor – Domiciliary Care | £25,000–£30,000
Our client, a respected and well-established domiciliary care service, is seeking a compassionate and confident Care Team Supervisor to lead and support a dedicated team of care professionals. What You’ll Need:
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – essential
- Previous experience in a senior care role, ideally within domiciliary care
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential for community-based work
- A positive, proactive approach to leadership and team development
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high standards of care

What the Role Involves:
As the Care Team Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Care Coordinator to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring and leading a team of care workers with compassion and confidence
- Supporting with recruitment, training, and conducting appraisals
- Carrying out regular staff supervisions and service user reviews
- Ensuring care delivery meets and exceeds CQC standards
- Providing hands-on care when needed, and acting as a role model for best practice
- Liaising with families, professionals, and internal colleagues to support holistic care
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication across the team
