Title: Central Service Co-ordinator

Contract type: Interim until Sept 2025

Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: West Ham Lane, Stratford E15 4PH

Persona: Hybrid working- office based 1-2 days (3-4 days working from home)

Salary: £15.61 PAYE / £20.00ph Umbrella

This role takes ownership for maximising service productivity though workflow control to ensure quality standards are met and residents receive fast query resolution.

Key responsibilities are to schedule workflow, answer resident queries, verify data in records and systems, support Assistant Managers with learning and development objectives, produce productivity reports, and manage a wide range of stakeholder queries to ensure work is scheduled, on time, with customer satisfaction in mind.

Duties of a customer service coordinator

Customer Service & Communication

• Act as the first point of contact for residents, staff, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing queries professionally.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries within service level agreements (SLAs).
• Liaise with estate operatives, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Workflow & Scheduling

    • Schedule operations and prioritise tasks to prevent service failures.
    • Input, monitor, and analyse workflow data to maximise team productivity.
    • Audit data for accuracy and escalate issues to managers.

    Support & Coordination

      • Support Assistant Managers with training compliance and staff development.
      • Help staff with digital inclusion and learning needs.
      • Attend and contribute to internal forums and meetings.

      Reporting & Compliance

        • Produce and share service performance reports.
        • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
        • Monitor and maintain accurate records in CRM and workflow systems.

        Collaboration

          • Work closely with internal teams (Neighbourhoods, H&S, Corporate Services).
          • Foster collaboration between internal and external service providers.
          • Promote a “one team” approach to service delivery.
