We are seeking a highly organised and professional Contract Support Coordinator to join our team at the Canada Square office, one of KPMG’s flagship head office locations.

This is a key coordination role within the ISS team, responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of facilities support services to both internal operational teams and the client.

Job Description

As the central point of contact, the Contract Support Coordinator will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the facilities contract, ensuring administrative compliance, effective task management, and timely responses to service requests via helpdesk and facilities systems.

The successful candidate will guide and support the wider team, liaise with senior stakeholders, and coordinate across multiple functions to uphold contractual obligations and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors.
Manage work permits, travel bookings, and site access for subcontractors and the ISS management team.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and financial documentation for client and internal use.
Attend and minute client, ISS, and internal investigation meetings.
Oversee ordering systems, including COUPA (POs, invoices, equipment, and uniforms).
Coordinate waste management processes and scheduling.
Maintain training records and support staff recognition programs (EOM/GEM awards).
Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring compliance and incident reporting.
Manage administrative duties including meeting scheduling, correspondence, and file organisation.
Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting innovation, KPI/SLA evaluations, and stakeholder engagement.


Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Effective problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Capable of using initiative.
Proficient in IT, with a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite.
