You’ll take ownership of key reward processes including salary reviews, annual bonus cycles, and the development of reward policies and frameworks.

You’ll work cross-functionally as a trusted advisor to the wider business, promoting fair and transparent compensation practices while helping to build a robust job architecture.

The role will also involve hands-on admin tasks such as data collation, budgeting, mail merges for employee letters, and ensuring strong audit trails.

If you're detail-oriented, data-savvy, and ready to lead from both a strategic and operational level, this is your chance to shape the future of reward at ISS.
