As the Workplace Experience Lead, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering an exceptional workplace environment across a defined region, aligned to both ISS and client expectations.

Job Description

Acting as a key ambassador of our placemaking culture, you will enhance every touchpoint of the workplace experience—promoting wellbeing, productivity, and a sense of belonging among end users.

Working closely with the wider site team, you’ll proactively identify opportunities to elevate service delivery, introduce meaningful initiatives, and ensure that the workplace not only functions effectively, but also inspires those who use it daily.

This is a pivotal position within one of the UK’s most respected integrated facilities management providers.

Key Responsibilities

Act as main point of contact, owning customer issues and requests across service lines
Build strong customer relationships, offering personalised service and anticipating needs
Support and inspire a collaborative workplace community aligned with client values
Be recognised as the trusted “go to” person by customers
Promote cross-team collaboration while upholding client interests
Lead efforts to deliver outstanding customer and workplace experience
Hold authority to direct front of house team and ensure emergency procedures are known


Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in high-profile, confidential environments with strong stakeholder management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and multiple digital communication platforms
Skilled communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Public sector, soft services, or hospitality industry experience preferred
Familiar with cultural trends and social impact considerations
Degree educated or equivalent, IOSH and First Aid training preferred (training provided)
Able to manage multiple priorities under time pressure effectively
