*** Graduate SEN LSA
*** September 2025 – July 2026
*** £81 – £102 per day
*** ‘Good’ Wolverhampton Primary School
*** 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil with ASD and Autism

The Role
You’ll be providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil diagnosed with ASD. This includes helping them stay engaged in lessons, supporting emotional regulation, and adapting learning resources to meet their needs. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCP targets and create a consistent, nurturing learning environment.

The Candidate
You’re a graduate who is calm, patient, and committed to supporting children with additional needs. You’ll need strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with pupils. Any experience with SEND—whether in a school, care, or voluntary setting—is ideal. This role is a great fit for future teachers, educational psychologists, or SEN professionals.

The School
This ‘Good’ Wolverhampton primary school has a supportive team and an inclusive ethos. Staff receive regular training, and graduates are well-supported in their development. The SEN team is experienced and hands-on, making this a strong environment to learn and grow.

If you want to support a child’s early development and gain practical SEN experience—apply now.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
