The successful candidate will support the Human Resources and Estates Director, Head of HR & Head of People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning in identifying business related HR issues to support the delivery of wider business objectives.
The purpose of the role is to work closely with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives relating to human resources data analytics and governance. The role will ensure the integrity and utility of HR data to inform key business decisions and enhance organisational performance. The candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring HR risk and assurance activities are monitored across the department.
The post holder will lead the development and implementation of HR data analytics to drive actionable insights, identifying trends, issues and areas for improvement. This is an exciting and varied opportunity that presents the prospect of influencing decisions within the agency and at the highest level.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR data analytics to drive actionable insights, identifying trends, issues and areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic narrative, creating compelling stories connecting strategy and information from multiple areas, ensuring key messages are clearly and concisely articulated.
- Provide strong leadership to the HR System and Compliance, Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics Teams, setting clear direction and ensuring the right skills are developed.
- Develop and monitor HR governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring risk and assurance activity are monitored across the department.
