Summary
Phoenix Gray Rec Ltd is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our client, a renowned Facilities Management company located in Winchester, Hampshire. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the care and safety of the Theatre Royal Winchester, a charming grade 2 listed building dating back to the late 1800s. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the building's compliance with legal obligations as a public space, ensuring a clean and accessible environment for visitors. In this collaborative role, you'll be working alongside the current site manager with an eye towards succession, ensuring the continual enhancement and maintenance of this historic venue for its users.
- Previous experience in a Site Manager role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of building compliance and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to maintain and improve facilities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a small team.
- Flexibility to accommodate full-time or part-time hours based on personal preferences.
- Keen interest or background in the arts and cultural heritage is a plus.
