Hours: We are willing to discuss the application of these hours across the school week with the appointed candidate andndash; the hours will be undertaken in the school office but occasionally work may be required or permitted off-site.
Due to a recent retirement, we have an exciting opportunity for a School Business Manager to join our aspirational, supportive and positive team. This role would suit someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and has excellent communication skills.

is an experienced Business Professional with a working understanding of school finance and administration systems.andnbsp;
The successful candidate will:
be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the business functions of the school, which include finance, procurement, health and safety, human resources and infrastructure.
advise on and implement the day-to-day administrative support that enables the school to operate efficiently and effectively, allowing other members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.
manage the schoolandrsquo;s financial processes, including Service Level Agreements, the purchase ofgoods, placing orders and the setting of the Budget through the SAP System.
liaise with external contractors.
support the Head Teacher in preparing information for reporting to the schoolandrsquo;s GoverningBody.
be responsible for annual audits/returns, termly CENSUS Returns and all aspects relating to the leasing of the building, including reimbursement of the service charge and rent agreements.
