What skills and experience we're looking for
• A proven Key Stage 2 teacher with experience in multi-age or mixed-age classrooms
• A creative approach to learning, with a strong ability to engage and inspire pupils of varying abilities
• A teacher who is passionate about shaping the curriculum to meet the needs of all learners
• Someone with the confidence and skillset to lead a core subject area
• A natural collaborator, eager to work closely with our sister school to share ideas and drive improvement
• An individual willing to lead a team and school improvement initiatives as part of a supportive team (experience desirable though not essential)
