Post: Moderate Learning Difficulties Base Teaching Assistant Contract Type: PermanentSalary: Grade 3 SCP 3 - 7 , Actual salary £17,821 - £18,393 (FTE £25,583 - £26,403)Hours of Work: 30 hours per week across 5 days, 8:30am - 3pm Closing Date: Friday 2nd January 2026Start Date: Monday 12th January 2026We are seeking an outstanding Teaching Assistant to support students in our MLD Resource Base, Orchard Lodge. Applications are welcome from candidates with sufficient SEND experience, particularly in the provision of students with Moderate Learning Difficulties.
This is a unique opportunity to work across both the resource base and the main school lessons to support students to reach their maximum potential.
