Hours for Post: 19.5 hours per week 0.6 FTE
Working Pattern: 3 days per week - to be discussed at interview
Contract Type: Fixed Term for 12 months
(vacant post flexible working arrangements)
Salary Grade: Teachers Payscale £31,650 to £49,084 FTE
Start Date: 1st September 2025
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, motivated and experienced teacher to join our team, to ensure that our children receive an outstanding education. The role will either be based in Key Stage 1 or 2 and may involve working across more than one class.
To be considered for this wonderful opportunity, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of good or better classroom practice, be able to work effectively in a team and have an excellent understanding of how children learn and enjoy meeting the challenges that teaching can bring.
You will need to demonstrate:
an excellent, in-depth understanding of the National Curriculum
very high expectations of your teaching, children's progress, attainment and behaviour
a commitment to develop and exceed all children’s potential, regardless of their starting points
clear drive and ambition, with a dedication to continuous professional development
the ability to communicate effectively with parents/carers, children, governors and staff
that you are adaptable to change, new developments and initiatives
excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
a positive attitude to challenge and self-motivation
a strong work ethic and excellent organisational skills
