Cover People is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to work as SEN Teaching Assistants in schools across Greater Manchester.
Whether you're exploring a future in teaching or simply want to support students with additional needs, this is a fantastic opportunity to build hands-on experience in a school setting. Your Role Will Include:• Supporting students with a range of special educational needs
• Assisting the class teacher in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual learning plans
• Helping pupils to access the curriculum and engage in lessons
• Building positive relationships and promoting emotional well-being Requirements:
• BSc or equivalent, MSc or PhD OR Certificate of Education
• No teaching experience required, but experience working with children or in a school setting is beneficial
• A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one via Cover People) What We Offer:
