Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher or a qualified primary teacher with a passion for Early Years?
A welcoming primary school in Edgbaston (B16) is looking for a Reception Teacher to join their dedicated team from September. This full-year post offers the perfect chance to complete or continue your induction in a nurturing, well-supported environment.
Key Details:
- Interviews and lesson observations will be scheduled W/C 16/6, 23/6, and 30/6
- Full induction support provided for ECTs
- Role spans the full academic year, with the possibility of extension
- Supportive school environment with experienced mentors
Your Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons in line with the curriculum
- Foster a caring, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Track and support children's development through observations and assessments
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff and external professionals
- Work collaboratively with the experienced EYFS team
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECTs warmly encouraged to apply
- A genuine passion for working in Reception and Early Years
- Strong classroom presence with excellent communication skills
- A nurturing, child-centred teaching approach
- Willingness to engage with the full life of the school
