Long Term Futures is proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary academy in Bordesley, Birmingham. We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide individualised support to a student with additional needs - helping them feel confident, included, and engaged in every lesson.

Your Role Will Include:

Delivering tailored, one-to-one support to ensure the student feels comfortable, motivated, and fully involved in their learning.

What We're Looking For:

Essential: Proven experience providing 1:1 support to students with additional needs.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable, but personal qualities, mindset, and relevant experience are key.
