Are you a Psychology graduate looking to build hands-on experience in a school setting? A thriving, inclusive primary school in West London is offering a rewarding opportunity to work as a Teaching Assistant, supporting children in Reception and Year 1 with ASD and SEMH needs.

This is an excellent platform for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, or future SEN Teachers who want to deepen their understanding of developmental needs through real classroom experience.

About the Role:
- Supporting high-needs children in EYFS and KS1, many of whom are pre-verbal or have limited social communication
- Providing one-on-one tutoring and therapeutic classroom support in line with EHCP targets
- Assisting with behaviour strategies and emotional regulation interventions
- Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs and therapists to support academic and social development
- Supporting with progress monitoring and daily routines in a nurturing classroom environment

What We're Looking For:
- A recent Psychology graduate or similar discipline
- Passion for working with children with autism, communication needs, or social/emotional challenges
- Some experience in education, care, or youth work is beneficial
- Empathy, resilience, and excellent communication skills
- A long-term mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
