Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives?

Whether you're considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, or speech and language therapy, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in schools and take the first step towards a rewarding, impactful future.

The Opportunity:

We are recruiting high-calibre graduate teaching assistants and support staff for a number of exceptional primary and secondary schools across London, starting in September 2025. These full-time, paid roles run for the academic year and offer rich, practical experience for those interested in education and child development.

You will:

• Support classroom teaching and provide one-to-one or small group interventions
• Work closely with children with additional learning needs, including those with EHCPs, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional needs
• Be mentored by experienced educators and SEN specialists
• Gain valuable insight into teaching, therapy, and school-based pastoral care

Roles are tailored to suit your interests — whether you're focused on curriculum subjects like English, maths, or science, or more aligned with child development and psychology.

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Be graduating in 2025 with a 2:1 or above in a core academic subject (e.g., English, maths, science, geography, history) or a psychology-related degree
• Be considering further study or training in teaching, educational psychology, counselling, or speech & language therapy
• Have strong communication skills, empathy, and a desire to work with young people
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to get involved in the life of a school

What We Offer:

• Full-time paid roles starting from £550 per week (term-time only)
• Placement in top-performing London schools with strong support structures
• A clear pathway into PGCEs, School Direct, Teach First, and therapy-related postgraduate training
• Professional development, training sessions, and career guidance throughout your placement
• A chance to truly make a difference while building experience that will set you apart
