Your new role
In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in supporting, challenging, and inspiring frontline practitioners and managers to deliver outstanding care to children and families. You'll champion evidence-informed practice, reflective supervision, and strengths-based approaches, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence across the service.
What you'll need to succeed
- A qualified social worker with significant frontline and supervisory experience in children's social care.
- A deep understanding of best practice models and a commitment to reflective, strengths-based work.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- A passion for professional development and service improvement.
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Social Work England Registration
