As a Senior Theatre Practitioner at our Wessex Hospital, you're registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. As well as post-registration experience, you bring knowledge of mentoring and have strong clinical experience.
As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will:

Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring

Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient's needs

Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care

Provide day-to-day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students

Contribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training

Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital is a stunning 46 bedded private hospital in West Hampshire with specialisms in Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Urology, Women's Health and Spinal surgery. The hospital also benefits from having onsite Radiology, Pathology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy so we can give our patients a complete package of care. There are 16 consulting rooms with speciality outpatient rooms, 46 private patient bedrooms with en-suite facilities, 24 hr resident doctor on site (RMO) and four operating theatres and one endoscopy suite.
