Crynodeb
The successful post holder will: Provide skilled specialist assistance in the delivery of direct and indirect patient care throughout the Operating Department. Participate as an integral member of the theatre Scrub team, covering a full range of shifts, including earlies, lates, nights and weekends. Act as the patient advocate and maintain high standards of patient care, in line with NMC or HCPC code of conduct. Be involved in supporting and mentoring students and new staff as appropriate. What were looking for: Experienced congenital scrub practitioners. An enthusiastic and focused individual to be a part of our multi-cultural and diverse cardiac theatre team committed to delivering compassionate and professional care to our patients. This is a full-time position 37.5 hrs over four days per week with a commitment to night and weekend work. Relocation allowance is available for this post.
