Whilst experience in working in a similar environment is desirable, we want to recruit people who share our values and want to make a difference to the lives of others. We have a comprehensive training programme that will support new colleagues with limited experience in care.
Most importantly, we want to hear from people who have a genuine interest in people and supporting them to lead their best life.

You must be able to achieve SSSC registration within regulatory timescales.

Bield is one of the largest providers of housing and support services to older people in Scotland. We value kindness above all and at Bield you will have a unique opportunity to make a positive impact.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974) which means you must disclose all unspent and relevant spent convictions on your application.
