Crynodeb
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of planning policy work as well as research/analysis of housing issues and solutions. Ideally this includes being involved in the preparation, consultation and examination of statutory development plans and supporting evidence base documents as well as experience of securing housing on new development sites.
Educated with a relevant degree in town planning or related discipline with membership or eligibility to be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and the ability to analyse, interpret and present often complex information in a clear and concise manner.
The post is permanent, working 29 hours a week and based at the Civic Centre.
