Roles and Responsibilities to be Undertaken by the Post Holder 1. Children In Care The post holder will undertake initial health assessments for those children and young people new to care. The child / young people will be accompanied by their carers to the appointment and social workers should be available over the telephone or in person. 4 children / young people will be seen in the clinic. Dedicated admin time is offered in the afternoon to complete reports etc. 2. Other Clinical Roles The post holder will have opportunities to discuss with the community paedaitric team other clinical roles to support other areas within the wider community paediatric service as required.
