An established and well-regarded bindery firm near Padstow is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality production work.
This is a pivotal position, acting as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, responsible for managing each stage of the job lifecycle, from brief to completion, while upholding service and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, providing consistent and professional support
• Translate client briefs into actionable work orders, ensuring clarity, accuracy and timely handover to production
• Monitor job progress to ensure delivery on time, on spec, and within budget
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships through regular communication and service excellence
• Coordinate with production, sales and logistics teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across CRM and internal systems
• Support the wider team in meeting overall sales and performance KPIs
Skills and Experience Required:
• Proven experience in account management, project coordination or client services, ideally within print, bindery, creative, or production industries
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple live projects
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client expectations
• A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in delivering quality work and exceeding client expectations
