• Hands on operation- we are looking for someone who can lead a team in a busy bistro restaurant with a bar and restaurant operation.
Our client is seeking a permanent General manager in a busy Restaurant hotel in rock offering a competitive salary.
• Salary up to £40,000pa

Key areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to…
• Managing all day-to-day operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Management of all staff
• Establish KPI’s, policies and schedules
• Manage staffing levels and Rota’s within budgets
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Food hygiene
• Health and Safety
• Staff training
Candidate Specification:
For this position, we are seeking applications from candidates with strong previous experience in a similar position. We are ideally looking for a multi-skilled candidate with a strong understanding of Bar, Front of House and Kitchen operations and that can hit the ground running.

• Strong previous Food and Beverage management experience
• Will prove an exemplary background of planning and working events
• Experience leading a food and beverage team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership ability

Working hours will be varied and include weekends and evenings. This is a full-time permanent position, with a competitive starting salary.
