Crynodeb
We're looking for a compassionate and organised Cancer and Wellbeing Coordinator
to join our team, supporting people affected by cancer and long-term conditions.
You’ll play a key role in the centre, carrying out one-to-one Health Needs
Assessments and creating tailored wellbeing support plans. From helping people
access therapies and activities to supporting them throughout their journey, you'll be
part of making a real difference.
Experience in a support or care role (voluntary sector a bonus)
Excellent communication and people skills
A calm, empathetic approach and a passion for person-centred care
Strong admin and organisational skills
You’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment, maintain accurate records, and
support the development of services based on community need.
