As a Purchasing Administrator, your roles and responsibilities will include…
• Raising and processing purchase orders
• Matching confirmations and delivery notes to POs and booking in deliveries
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries
• Monitoring quality and service of suppliers, sourcing alternatives when needed
• Working with accounts to resolve invoice queries
• Supporting the business with other admin duties when needed
We’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator with the following skills and experience…
• Some previous experience as a Purchasing Administrator, or similar position
• Great with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Positive, proactive with excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritise workloads
• Great organisational skills and the ability to problem solve
As a Purchasing Administrator, you’ll receive a salary of £27,500, along with the following benefits…
• Flexible working hours
• Profit sharing bonus after 12 months
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases with service)
• Car parking available
