Opportunity to Develop to Leadership/Director Team

Hybrid working – One morning in office per week required therefore you can be based anywhere in North West/Midlands/North Wales

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business, where there will be genuine opportunities for individual growth. For those wishing to develop, there will be opportunities to grow into Sales/Operational Management and join the leadership/director team over time.

Working alongside the leadership team you will be responsible for the sales of security products and service contracts to new commercial customers in Cheshire, Staffordshire, South Manchester and Merseyside.

No prior industry experience required, however selling into similar industries, would be advantageous.

You will be joining an independent business with over 30 years of experience installing and maintaining security systems for homes and businesses. Your offering will be backed by exceptional levels of service, supporting your growth efforts.

Responsibilities:

·Identifying new opportunities and accounts in the area

·Generating your own sales leads, making appointments and securing orders with service contracts primarily to commercial customers

·Consistently hit turnover profit targets and key performance indicators

·Ensure customer satisfaction in all areas through regular feedback

·Travel to meet customers, Inspect and review physical premises and design solutions in accordance with client needs and best industry practices

·Recording up to date information on CRM

·Establish and develop mutually beneficial relationships with new clients to obtain referrals to develop into new sales.

·Monitor job progress and demonstrate system operation during a final “walk-through” with clients.

·Prepare documents through our established process guidelines

Requirements:

·Great work ethic with a willingness to learn

·Several years’ experience driving new business sales and can demonstrate measurable results

·Experience of working towards targets and KPIs

·Successful track record of achieving results independently with limited supervision

·Excellent Communication skills – both oral and written

·Self-starter with a hunter mentality and results-oriented attitude

·Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
