An exciting opportunity has become available for a Data and Payments Business Support Officer to join our Children and Families Service. You will assist in managing data and assisting with payment processes related to SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). The position is for 1 FTE (37 hrs).
The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible, and adept at managing communications. You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
The post holder will:
Maintain the SEND Payments Inbox and resolve enquiries.
Support the Finance and Data Quality assurance officer to manage payment data, processes, and associated systems.
Monitor, collate and interpret volumes of data.
Accurately input cost data into our client record management system
Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
You will have:
Understanding of the operational areas of the SEND service
Proficiency in databases and data processing, including Excel and client record management systems.
Administrative experience
Strong problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills
Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection principles

Interviews for this role will be conducted in person, and the position will be based in either our Crewe or Macclesfield offices, depending on the successful candidate's preference. Occasional travel between these locations will also be required.
The interviews are expected to take place during the week commencing 30th June 2025; the exact date is to be confirmed.
