Key Responsibilities: Programme Leadership & Strategy-
Define and lead the Digital & AI Programme, setting the vision, roadmap, and governance.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI and digital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Implement robust project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to drive efficiency and transparency.

Manage interdependencies across cross-functional teams, mitigating risks and resolving blockers.

Identify and pilot next-gen AI/digital solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Scale successful initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Engage senior leaders, securing buy-in and communicating programme value.

Act as the programme ambassador, presenting at executive forums and industry events.
