Crynodeb
Maintenance and repair of all radiotherapy equipment in OUH and satellites; and to facilitatemanufacturer upgrades across satellites. To establish, in conjunction with the Head of RTS, safe procedures for maintenance and repair of radiotherapy equipment. To follow a formal system of Quality Assurance in Radiotherapy Physics, taking account of national quality standards and including participation in regional and national audit programmes. Ensure that all aspects of the radiotherapy technical service are provided in accordance with relevant legislation, national guidance and Trust policies. Ensure all relevant scientific and technical records of work performed are kept up to date. To maintain an up-to-date log of all Radiotherapy equipment. To develop protocols and written documentation relating to the Quality Assurance and Maintenance of equipment in line with ISO standard requirements
