Are you experienced in working in a vibrant, office environment?An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Swallowdale Primary School as an Administration Assistant on a permanent basis for 14 hours per week. The successful candidate will be ideally required to work Mondays and Tuesdays, 8:15am – 3:45pm although this can be discussed at interview.
You will be required to;
• Undertake general administration tasks to support the ongoing running of the school
• Communicate in different methods with a range of stakeholders
• Manage children’s records

• Be organised, work well in a team and use own initiative.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Have previous administration experience and/or working in a school setting.
• Be confident in using Microsoft Office and willing to learn other IT systems.
