If so, this is an exciting time to come and join our team. JOB OVERVIEW At St Mary's Church of England Primary School, we are looking for a dependable, hard-working cleaner to join our team. The main responsibilities of this post will be: To provide day-to-day cleaning duties To assist with annual deep clean during the summer To support the Site Manager in dealing with emergencies The ideal candidate must be dependable, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently - preferably with knowledge of a school setting. As there will be an expectation for out-of-hours work, this would provide an excellent opportunity for candidates who live within the local area. Some practical maintenance skills would be an advantage. WHY CHOOSE US? Salary: Scale 2 Spinal Point 3-4 £11,147-£11,306pa (pro rata £27,729 -£28,125pa Full-Time Equivalent)
Contract type: 15 hours a week, 44 weeks a year (38 weeks term time plus 6 weeks split across the various school holidays)
Working hours: 4:00 – 7:00pm
Contract term: Initial 1 year contract (Permanent position available subject to satisfactory performance)
