You could be part of a dedicated team in providing excellent standards to the environment for adults living in Eadar Glinn Home.
Working with the Domestic Supervisor and the team to support the service of the Home.
As a team member you will be ensuring designated areas within the home are clean and undertake laundry and other household duties.
Promoting and adhering to Argyll & Bute policies and procedures, including Health & Safety.
Being part of residents’ daily lives, and supportive to the service to meet standards set out by Health & Social Care Standards, My support, My life.
Be part of a profession where continued learning and development is essential in supporting vulnerable adults and the wider community in Argyll & Bute Council.
Working alongside residents, carers and
other professional staff as appropriate.
You require to be compassionate and understanding of others with an ability to empathise, as well as adapting to changes.
Good communication skills and the ability to be flexible as well as enthusiastic and able to use initiative and work well as part of a team.
