What does an average day look like?As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, every day is rewarding and varied. You might be:
Supporting individual pupils or small groups with literacy and numeracy

Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities
•
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
•
Providing one-to-one support for children with additional needs
•
Supervising children during playtime, lunchtime, and school outings
•
Communicating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support each child’s progress
