Your job will include welcoming customers, answering questions, recommending products, and assisting with transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, including welcoming customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
Sales: Building rapport with customers, and delivering expert product recommendations.
Visual Merchandising: Maintaining a clean and organised store environment and participating in visual merchandising efforts.
Stock Management: Assisting with stocking shelves and handling deliveries.
Cash Handling: Operating the cash register and handling transactions.
In-Store Events: Participating in in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
Desired Skills and Qualities:
Customer-Focused: Enjoys interacting with customers and providing excellent service.
Sales-Oriented: Passionate about selling products and achieving sales goals.
Product Knowledge: Desire to learn about and become an expert in Estée Lauder products.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Retail Experience: Prior retail sales experience is preferred, but not always required.

Starting wage of £12.21+ per hour
