Senior Planning Officer (DDM133)
Band H £37,745 - £41,731 per annum (SCP 24 - 28) (including 10% market supplement) Plus National Essential Car User Allowance £963 per annum
37 hours per week - Hybrid working with a minimum 2 days office based per week. Applications for part time working will be considered.

Stafford’s growth agenda is placing new demands on the service with large scale housing developments and exciting major projects as part of the Levelling Up and Future High Street funding - there’s a lot going on now in Stafford.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Up to date knowledge of the planning and appeals processes
• Output focused and able to consistently deliver high quality work in challenging timescales
• The ability to effectively manage your own caseload
• A flair for writing accessible, accurate and informative reports
• Enthusiasm to engage with our customers, consultees, stakeholders and elected members
• Ability to support and mentor Planning Assistants
