About the Role Join Public Health Wales as a Delivery Manager / Scrum Master and play a pivotal role in transforming how we deliver digital and data services across the organisation. You'll drive agile delivery across our digital portfoliofacilitating sprints, coaching teams, removing blockers, and ensuring projects land on time, on scope, and on strategy. From improving team performance to translating complex ideas for non-technical audiences, your leadership will make a tangible impact on health services in Wales. What Youll Do Champion Agile: Lead ceremonies, embed best practices, and tailor agile approaches across Scrum, Kanban, and Lean delivery models. Deliver Results: Manage risks, track progress, and keep digital and data projects aligned to business goals. Engage Stakeholders: Bridge communication between technical teams and senior leaders, translating ideas into action. Drive Change: Support digital transformation with strong planning, governance, and change management practices. Lead Teams: Line manage and coach staff, develop high-performing teams, and contribute to recruitment, training, and team wellbeing. Manage Budgets: Oversee project finances, ensure accurate forecasting, and contribute to business case development. What You Bring Certified Agile/Scrum professional with hands-on experience in delivery leadership. Strong communicator and influencer with a passion for digital transformation. Skilled in working across complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsespecially in healthcare or the public sector. Comfortable managing multiple priorities, risks, and team dynamics.
