Role Overview:

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication skills (both telephone and face-to-face).

Salary: £24,000 (£14,400 Pro Rata)

Responsibilities:

Client & Temporary Worker Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and temporary workers via telephone, email, and face-to-face communication.
Payroll: Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
Administrative Support: Provide full administrative support to the branch.
Service Delivery: Uphold and deliver high-quality services aligned with company values.

Working hours:

Weekly Hours:22.5 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday Tuesday and Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Typical hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
