About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in EYFS and / or KS1.
• Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the school's vision and values.
• A proven track record of raising standards in a primary setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to inclusion and ensuring equity in education.
• A passion and commitment to inspiring young minds through engaging, dynamic, and imaginative approaches.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a secure knowledge of EYFS and/or KS1 curriculum and pedagogy.
• Is a reflective practitioner who continually seeks to improve.
• Promotes high expectations and a nurturing classroom ethos.
• Is a team player who values collaboration and contributes to school life.
• Embodies our school values and models them in all aspects of school life.
