What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Helping to plan menus that are both nutritious and appealing, in line with residents' needs and preferences.
- Supporting kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Collaborating with care teams to make sure every resident receives the right nutrition in the right way.
- Ensuring food stock is well-managed and supplies are used efficiently.
