General Operative
Location: Houghton Le Spring
Due to growth our client is looking for a General Operative to join our team. This position is responsible for the packing and stacking of products in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have a production background and be able to work in a team environment. This is a day shift Monday to Friday 8am-16.00pm
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working in a clean room environment
- Encapsulating medicines
- Maintain safe, clean, and efficient operation of equipment.
- Ensure that all machines are running properly.
- Packing and stacking.
- Ensure that the quality of our product is consistent with the standards we set for ourselves.
- Keep production area clean and organised.
- Report any equipment or process issues to appropriate management.
- Work with Production Supervisor to ensure that production goals are being met.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
